What’s On Our Editor’s Autumn Fashion Wishlist

Few things feel more rewarding than ticking something off your wish list, especially when it’s a piece you’ve been eyeing for ages. And if you haven’t started one yet, consider this your sign to make one!

Right now, I’m hunting for the perfect dark navy blazer. It could be pinstripe, it could be plain, maybe in wool, but the key for me is the length. Since I’m on the shorter side, standard cuts don’t always sit well, and I’m not after a cropped fit either. I want that in-between style that feels tailored just right. So, my search continues! As for what I’m drooling over right now…

LEOPARD DUSTER - FREE PEOPLE, £228

This leopard duster is top of the list! It’s a statement coat that brings interest to any basic outfit.

HIGH TOPS - GOLDEN GOOSE, £535

They’re not everyone’s cup of tea, and these in particular are pretty pricey (hence the wishlist) but high-tops are the only trainers I reach for outside the gym. A pair of Golden Goose has been on my radar for a while now.

SCARF DETAIL KNIT - ZARA, £29.99

I’m obsessed with this knit from Zara, and yes, I may have just hit checkout! I usually reach for crew necks this time of year, so the V-neck feels like a fresh change, and the built-in scarf detail is so chic!

FAUX FUR JACKET - MANGO, £229.99

Autumn isn’t complete without a faux fur and this one from Mango is the PERFECT example.

FEDORA HAT - LACK OF COLOR - £156

Hats are a staple for me year-round and this new in fedora from Lack of Color via Revolve is so so good. I love the banding on this one as it adds a nice bit of interest.

LEOPARD SWEATER - ZARA - £29.99

If it’s not obvious already, I’m obsessed with leopard print, I even wrote my entire dissertation on it! So, this sweater is an absolute must-have for autumn. Beyond clothing, I’m also on the hunt for some vintage leopard print stools to add some fun into my living room!

DENIM SHIRT - MASSIMO DUTTI - £59.95

A denim shirt is a wardrobe classic and at the moment I don’t have one! I love a double denim look so this tucked into some blue jeans with a cool belt is my evening autumn outfit combo done!

CLUTCH - COS - £139

The Cavatelli clutch from Cos is iconic, it comes in so many sizes, patterns, and fabrics each season. This time, I’m especially drawn to the navy suede. There’s something so chic about carrying a larger bag tucked under the arm, though it do also come with a shoulder strap.

LONG SLEEVE TEE - COS, £35

If you’re struggling with what to wear, it’s often a sign that you’re missing a few good basics. This is my favourite time of year to restock them if needed. I especially love these ones from Cos with thumbholes, such a simple detail, but it instantly elevates a basic long sleeve.

CORDUROY JUMPSUIT - REISS - £55

Jumpsuits or dungarees are my go-to when I’m short on time, they always end up looking so effortlessly cool. This one from Reiss is an absolute steal at £55 (down from £228)! The corduroy will look so good in autumn!
