The 3 Colours To Know For Spring 2026
It finally feels like spring has arrived, and while trend colours usually get called out months earlier during fashion week, there’s something nice about revisiting them once the season actually lands. So that’s exactly what we’ve done. Here are three colours set to be everywhere this spring and they’re already flooding the high street! That said, don’t buy into a colour just because it’s trending. Wear it because you like it, because it works with your wardrobe, and because you know you’ll reach for it again and again. Trends will come and go, but your personal style lasts forever.
COBALT
Cobalt blue is set to be big this season. We saw it across the runways at Loewe, Valentino and Jil Sander, and it’s already making its way onto the high street. One piece that really stood out to us was the Victoria Beckham Blue Funnel Neck Jacket, which sold out almost instantly when it launched a few weeks ago! Luckily Mango has launched a suede dupe which we’ve linked below. The high street has definitely embraced the colour too and we expect to see even more of it as the season goes on. Zara’s blue cargos are firmly on our wish list!
EARTHY TONES
Other major colours for the season are those earthy tones, with shades like khaki, sand and soft olive bringing a more relaxed feel to the runway. At Isabel Marant’s SS26 show in particular, khaki played a big role, woven through lightweight layers and those signature cool girl silhouettes the brand does so well. It’s a palette that feels easy to wear but still incredibly chic, which is probably why the high street has picked up on it so quickly. Think relaxed cargos, utility jackets and easy separates that work just as well now as they will later in the season.
BRIGHT RED
Bright red is going to be impossible to ignore this season. It made a bold statement across the runways, bringing a real sense of confidence and energy to the collections. Designers leaned into the shade head to toe, proving that red isn’t just an accent anymore, it’s the whole look. The high street has quickly followed suit, with everything from sharp tailoring to easy everyday pieces appearing in this standout shade. It’s the kind of colour that instantly lifts an outfit, and we’re expecting to see a lot more of it as the season unfolds.
