On Thursday, Maebe stepped into new territory with the launch of their Heritage Collection 2.0. A tight, considered drop of 16 pieces, including their first ever outerwear. We know Molly Mae seriously nails the outerwear come autumn but we did not see these pieces coming! It’s one of those drops where everything is designed to blend seamlessly with what you already own, making the whole collection feel like a wardrobe cheat code. It’s the kind of collection that quietly builds the backbone of your wardrobe.
Our hero? The trench. Trenches rarely make our hearts race, they’re usually pretty bland in our opinion. But Maebe’s version? Different story. The exaggerated balloon sleeves and the addition of a hood creates a modern twist on a classic. It has that perfect balance of structure and ease and honestly, we’re low key obsessed. It’s the kind of piece that makes even jeans and a t-shirt look editorial.
Our close second has to be the charcoal tailored set. The pleated trousers add just the right amount of structure and flow, and the top’s draped neckline paired with the built in scarf detail is chef’s kiss. It’s sharp, it’s effortless, and it looks expensive without even trying. What really makes this set a win is how easy it is to mix and match with pieces you already own. Alongside the trench, this double collar, leather effect jacket is an immediate standout. Its rich brown hue feels effortlessly seasonal, and the double collar and two way zipper keep it interesting. This is a jacket which everyone will compliment, there’s a reason it’s already sold out! We just wish we were quicker in line to bag this!
The collection also includes a few classic cropped jackets, the perfect white tee, and some relaxed barrel jeans in denim and also a leather effect pair.
